Adult BJJ Beginners Program

Every athlete in any sport must first learn the basics. The same is true when you are learning one of the most practical self-defense systems in the world. This class focuses on the essential techniques of BJJ so that you can develop a solid foundation as you progress through the ranks to the eventual goal of earning a black belt. The length of this program is usually 8 – 12 weeks (depending on the student’s progress). Once you have successfully completed this program and earned your first stripe on your white belt, you may join the Adult BJJ Program.
